Rocks on Rosalind Courtyard Party

You may have guessed by now that we love to ROCK the courtyard! We are creating the biggest New Years Eve event on the local calendar, right here in our back yard.

Once again, a huge marquee will go up and the Rocks on Rosalind courtyard and car park will be turned into a New Years Eve Festival complete with live music including The Simon Wright Band. (Watch them here!)

The outdoor bar will be pumping and the Rocks Canteen in full swing with plenty to eat.

– Gazpacho: watermelon, saffron, steamed crab
– Ocean Trout: Sous vide trout, fig, fine salad
– Poached Yabbies: Porcini mousseline, white anchovies, fennel puree

Course 2
– Wagyu & Lobster: Carpaccio, Lobster, aioli, Baby shiso, potato domes paprika salt
