Bastille Day, or as the French would say, “quatorze juillet” – no better reason to hold a dinner with a distinctly French flavour at Rocks on Rosalind in Bendigo.
Chef Ben Massey has produced a special menu for us that celebrates all that is great about French cooking, matched with wines chosen by Wine Connect hosts Ian and John from their French portfolio.
Ian will have just returned from France in time for the dinner, and he will be able to bring guests up to speed on all things French.
The evening commences with Champagne at 7:00 PM and then be seated for dinner at around 7:30 PM followed by a great night of good food, good wine and good company.
