Date to be advised in 2017: Et Vino Ove = Wine and Lamb
But which wine is best served with Lamb? Let the exploration begin.
Join us for the delicious battle where we watch New World shiraz superstar Dalwhinnie Wines go head to head with Old World Syrah legend Chapoutier for the ultimate title of ‘Shiraz King of Lamb’.
Our competitors will commence with a sparring session warm up of sparkling, whites and lighter style reds, before we commence the main event consisting of two knock out rounds of the ultimate shiraz and lamb battle, where cutlets, spit roast and braising will ensure the new and old world styles must bring their best game to compete for the ‘Shiraz King of Lamb’ title.
